Service Description
Dan teaches Vinyasa Flow style yoga which is strong and fluid. You'll work on strength, balance, mobility and coordination in classes which have options to make things open to all levels - including complete beginners. Classes finish up with stretches and gentle twists along with slow breaths to bring us into calm relaxation and mindfulness.
